At MICAS, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and garments are unworn to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MICAS account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
